Hi, ive finally got around to doing a head job on the 200 (low compression) 2 things... 1st took cdi cover off and the 2 large screws holding plate on were so tight I had to butcher them to get them out any idea of thread so I can get a couple over here ? (so I don't have to wait for postage from USA) .

2nd, is there a trick to getting rocker off with engine still in frame ? I can get head clear of 2 studs on front but I cant get it clear of the 2 studs nearest the intake... do you have to remove engine mounting on the front of engine to drop it slightly ?  oh and while im here are the Chinese inlet and exhaust valves ok or best to leave em alone ?

Ok , just discovered engine has to come out according to the honda bible... probably easier in long run anyhow... still need pulse screw info please
